Pathetic service from Defy

I bought a Defy Fridge during February 2015. The fridge gave me troubles and I asked Defy to come and collect it from me, as it was still under guarantee. I had to wait more than two weeks for someone to come and collect it. Eventually someone collected it from me end of October. I haven't received any feedback. After several phone calls, I was told that they can not repair my fridge, but will deliver a new fridge. It has been a whole week after that conversation with Defy, and I still haven't received my fridge! Still no feedback, and still no fridge!!! Your after sales service is pathetic to say the least!
