Pathetic service
Pathetic service. Receive an sms saying an item i ordered online is out for delivery. 2 days later and getting the same sms, still no delivery. Contacting the call centre number provided in the sms proves fruitless since they refer you to your regional branch. Called the branch, get cut off, hold on 15mins, listen to the voice marketing and still no answer. Never again buying from you Defy :-(
