Pathetic Service!

Logged a call for a technician on the 16 Jan. Followed up everyday there after and promises of a technician calling which has NEVER happened. It is now the 28th January. Call again, spoke to a rude service adviser who told me the technician called me yesterday and scheduled for today. THERE WAS NO CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She then argued that she can see on the system he called me. THERE WAS NO CALL! You guys are pathetic!
