Pathetic Service

I purchased a Defy Stove (gas top and electric oven) from Hirsch in Milnerton 3 weeks ago only to be told the store is out of stock and will source it from Defy in JHB. Hirsch sales assistant who assisted with our sale has been trying to get stock from Defy for the last 3 weeks and to no avail. The endless calls and messages between Defy and Hirsch has left me with no unit! We were told so many times I can't even keep track that the unit will be delivered. Just this morning I was told that the unit is being couriered down from JHB. To say I am livid is putting it mildly because the lack of competence shown by Defy is pathetic! I paid for the unit already and I have not had any use of it yet which angers me even more. I will never recommend this brand to any one if they cannot even follow up on stock or queries.
