Pathetic Service

Purchased a top loader about 3 years ago, last year whilst still under warranty we had a issue with the appliance that wasn't spinning, a technician came out advise the board is damaged to which he replaced now when the warranty is over , we have the EXACT same issue and defy refuses to sort it. If it was a different issue i would understand but the same issue we having? how is that possible
