Pathetic service

In 2014 I Purchased a Defy washing machine front loader from Game store in Cape Town (N1 city). In August this year the appliance stopped working I then logged a complaint with Game and was informed that a Defy technician will contact me the same day to make an appointment of when to come fix the washing machine no one called as promised.<br> Their technician arrived the next day and couldn't fix the machine and promised that he would arrange with someone to come collect the item but again no one did. I made several phone calls to their Defy offices with no joy and finally they came a month later to collect and now I am struggling to get it back it has been 3 months waiting for it and every day when I call I'm being told that I will be delivered before the end of the week but still nothing.<br> I dealt with a supervisor by the name of Tanya and the manager Ronald Claasen and both made empty promises and what a pathetic, dishonourable and unaccepted service from management.<br> <br> If Defy cannot fix this washing machine then I want it replaced or my money back.<br>
