26 Feb. 2015 I purchased a Defy 323L fridge from Game Stores, Game City, on the 24 March 2015 I noticed the water not evaporating from the dispenser. Logged complain with Game, the technician came out on the 30 March 2015 & placed the dispenser & his report to my hubby was the dispenser was not placed correctly. On the 22 May 2015 was same problem reoccurred, logged complain with Game, had no response from Game or Defy, I phoned on the 26 May 2015, 27 May 2015 & 28 May 2015 with no joy from neither Game or Defy, I finally spoke to the manager of Game and he followed up with Defy, then did a lady from Defy call me only to be told \OUR TECHNICIAN HAD A LOOK AT THE FRIDGE PREVIOUSLY
