Pathetic service

<p>Purchased a Defy washing machine and received a "guaranteed getaway " holiday voucher. Took weeks to get them to respond. Was eventually emailed a booking form, which I submitted. Was called a few days later and told confirmation of my booking will be emailed to me in a few minutes. I never received it. No response to my email queries. Almost 15 calls to their TLC marketing call centre in 4 days, have never once been answered. Disgusted with the service! </p>
