Pathetic product
Horrible experience with DEFY !! Will never purchase another product from you guys. Moved into a Balwin apartment which came with a DEFY wash and dryer combo.
1st machine: leaked terribly from the tray where you add detergent. Damaged lots of my furniture thanks to the flooding.
2nd machine: the motherboard gave in within a few weeks.
3rd machine: has a manufacturing problem (as per the technician) and is leaking from underneath !!
DEFY wants to replace machine yet again.... this will be the 4th machine within a space of 1yr and 10months. My previous washing machine is 8yrs old and has no issues at all !
They refuse to give me a credit.... and insist that I yet again take one of their ****py defected products !!!!
Do better DEFY....
