Pathetic product
I purchased a Defy fridge from Game less than 3 years ago and it cannot be fixed. I have been to Game for a contact at Defy and they gave me the office number which I could have Googled. Called Defy and no answer. I am absolutely appalled by this pathetic product and their non existant customer service. I do not advise anyone to purchase Defy. Within less than 3 years I had to purchase yet another fridge which is definitely not Defy!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DEFY PRODUCTS

Defy now wants me to pay a technician to come out, not forgetting it has been confirmed with another technician with years of experience that the fridge cannot be fixed.

I'm definitely not going to waste more money on Defy. I am utterly disappointed in Defy and I will never purchase a Defy product again.
I definitely will recommend against it to everyone!
I also ended up throwing away 2 black bags of food too. This was just an absolutely bad experience!
