Pathetic (non-existent) service from Defy.

I bought a Defy fridge from Hirch in springfield Park. Their service has been good, but I cannot say the same of Defy. The water dispenser on the first fridge had a leak. When Defy technicians came to have a look at the problem, they damaged the storage tank, door interior and seal. Defy then replaced the door. Leak was still there. Had a 2nd fridge sent, with the same problem. Again technicians came out to tell me what I already knew and cracked storage dispenser. I had a third fridge delivered with scratches and same water leak problem. All attempts to contact Ishmael from Defy In Midrand, Ismail from Defy in Durban and Henk Barnard from Defy in Jhb, proved futile. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that there is a design problem with the Defy fridge with the type of water dispenser on the one I have bought. What is most frustrating is that Defy just does not give a damn. How many times must the fridge be replaced, before I get one that is trouble free.
