Pathetic / no service from Defy South Africa

Bought a Defy chest freezer in Sept 2022, warranty expires in September 2024. FREEZER stopped WORKING A WEEK AGO. I CALLED DEFY 4 times. No reply no technician. I had to go and buy another Freezer. Best not to stick with Defy
