Pathetic Defy

Defy has the most *********** people working for them. They cant even do somting basic like writing a telephone number down. They were suppose to assit me on thuesday i phoned yesterday and they told me they will be here on thursday. I confirmed my number now when i phoned in again they say i gave the wrong number.

now they canceld my booking and open a new one.

again its going to take 3 days after waiting a week already

this is so pathetic i cant even deal with this
