Pathetic Defy after sales service

i would never purchase a Defy product again as the after sales service and warranty is pathetic...sent a microwave for a warranty claim and to no avail..havent heard from anyone i cannot get hold of anyone from Defy besides the Receptionist whom just transfers you all the time and calls cuts off...it is worse than getting through to the government offices...and you just escalate your cell bill holding on at times very disappointing how Defy operates...i rather settle with another brand going forward
