Pathetic Defy
Pathetic service. Bought Defy gas stove online from Game. When testing oven didn't ignite. Defy expects me to pay a qualified gas installer to connect one gas pipe at a cost of R 1500.00 for a oven than cost R 3800.00. All gas leak tests was done before unit was tested. No gas leaks detected. They refuse to replace unit that was never used

Please not that, by law, all gas appliances must be installed by a certified Gas installer and must issue a COC once installation is completed.
