Pathetic customer service

<p>Please don't support this brand I sat on the phone for the Cape Town branch for 20 minutes. Useless idiots to just ask one question regarding a Defy front loader washing machine outlet pipe. The spare department never picked up once. then the reception chick gets attitude with me. Pathetic will never buy defy again service is shocking. </p>
