Pathetic Customer service!

Defy, for such a huge well know brand, your products are very poorly made and your customer service is absolutely pathetic!! We bought a tumble dryer 6 months ago and the inside fin broke off we tried to get a technician to come out for months and nothing, now another fin has broken off and eventually after getting the sales person at Dion Wired involved a technician is finally coming out to fetch the tumble dryer but expecting a customer to bend their schedules and to take time off work so that your broken machinery can be collected is really unacceptable! Will never buy anything from Defy again what a mistake!
