Pathetic company with inferior service

My 75 year old mom bought a Defy double door fridge a few years ago. Around every six months she has to log a query and everytime the obvious *********** staff member says the fridge is out of gas. It must be noted that the freezer side works perfect but the fridge side is apparently out of gas. She has logged another query for someone to come and have a look over a month ago and this time they just dont pitch after confirming an appointment. Defy, tell us if our business is not good enough for you!! My 75 year old mom sits without a fridge and cant buy any food as it will spoil. I wish you only the best Defy and I hope you get what you deserve. Consumers, PLEASE dont buy anything from Defy, they will take your money in return for a poor product. Lets stand together and name and shame these companies who is *********** and dont deserve to be in business
