PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE
Hi there. On Monday 29th November I posted a call at 7.30am about my freezer not working and requested the lady to mark urgent , because on the weekend my freezer stop cooling. Same day on Monday some one phoned me and and confirmed my house address and said they will come Monaday , I waited the whole day nobody came . Then I thought they will come tuesday . Early mornings Monday sone one agin phoned me and confirmed if some one is at home and asked the number of the person who is at home. I did gave them all details and waited whole day but nobody came . And today Wednesday they phoned agin and start asking address etc and telling me they will come tomorrow. What's is this ? This is pathetic and irresponsible service. POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM DEFY REPUR GUYS
