Pathetic and annoying service

On the 14th April I logged a call about fridge which is not cooling and its 3rd day and all the food in my fridge rotten and smelling my query is if repair technicians comes after 2 or 3 days what about all our foods whi is responsible for thta? Its pathetic and unacceptable service
