Pathetic After Sales Service

On 05 June I log a call with ref ***. On 12 June I follow up and they say they waiting for parts. On 19 June they say parts have arrived. On 27 June the call is closed. They waiting for parts again and now have new call with ref ***. On 03 July 2023 they say parts arrived but don’t know when it will be fixed.

Its one month.Its not fixed. Different stores. Calls closed. What is happening? This is a frustrating after sales service from Defy when my washing machine is under warranty. Because its under warranty Defy is just dragging their feet and don’t care? Its just pathetic the service.
