Part ordered in January - Still not received

In January we ordered a part (PC Board) for our washing machine model DTL149 from the Cape Town branch, to date we have still not received this part and we being told different stories everytime i call to follow up on this - today made my latest call to them and i was told there is no stock in the country however i got hold of a supplier who gets his stock directly from Defy and he called them to confirm and was told that they have stock and if we paid by 3pm today we will have the part tomorrow. I was also told 2 weeks ago that the stock which arrived last month was for the technicians only - how do you keep a customer waiting for 3 months and keep giving them false stories.
