Order for spare part ***

The electrical oven of my Defy DGS 122 Gas stove does not work anymore. This happened on 8 August 2015 and from that time first my electrician and later I tried to get the spare part needed from Defy. They don't come back to me and when I contact them they tell me that they cannot get hold of this spare even at their warehouses. I find this unacceptable and above that while waiting for them to pick up the phone I have to listen to slogans such as \You can rely on Defy"or \""More than 100 years of dedicated service\""! I certainly do not find their service dedicated!!"""
