Ongoing Issue With Recently Purchased Fridge

I purchased a Defy fridge in November 2024. Shortly after delivery, the unit began making a very loud abnormal noise. I contacted Defy Appliances directly and a technician was sent to repair it.

Now the exact same issue has reoccurred. This clearly indicates that the previous repair was not permanent or that the root cause was never properly addressed.

A refrigerator is a long-term appliance and should not be experiencing recurring mechanical faults within such a short period. This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

I expect a proper and permanent resolution - not repeated temporary fixes.
