One thing I love about their products is that they're of very high quality. Even if you decide to cook late, one thing you'll finish quick because of the high temperature. As for the oven it works like a bomb. I always make the best scones and don't even have to worry that they'll get burnt. If I could, all my appliances would be of Defy.
