Okay furniture and Defy.
I bought a Defy Fridge in 2015 it stopped working in December 2020. This year on the 21/02/2021 I bought a brand new Defy Fridge from Okay on Tuesday it stopped working. Went on to Facebook to check reviews on Defy's after service and people were not happy at all. Decided to go to the Okay Furniture they booked a technician for Wednesday and it went mute today.... nothing. So they said the person might come on Friday. Mind you my food is rotting. Could it be that Defy should be parked in the history books as they clearly have a bad reputation on "quality" assurance?

Defy is a legendary brand and has always produced quality appliances if you fail now that would be very disappointing to people like myself who are loyal brand supporters.
