Not service to fix frontloader thats not even a year old

I bought a Defy frontloader in July 2020, in December 2020 I phoned for a technician to come out as the washing machine was not spinning and I had to spin the washing 3 times for it to actually be dry enough to hang out. In Jan 2021 no technician had come yet. Finally in Feb someone came out and said it was the filter that was clogged(not the case) unfortunately my husband was here and not me. A week later the same problem happened and then I took a video to send to the technician. He had I should log another call. Weeks after trying to get someone out the technician said a certain pc board needs to be replaced. A month later and it still hasn't been replaced. I have tried calling the head office but after 10 calls and either waiting for a call back or holding on for 10min I am done. I want this machine out of my house and a refund. Its not even a year old and gives endless problems
