Not recommend purchasing defy products

Washing machine is not working for 2 months. Apparently the motherboard went, 2 months later still no courtesy calls or confirmation. We have to phone and the answer is always the same, the technician will confirm appointment tomorrow. Please note this machine is 11 months old. Ridiculous!! Refund me so that we can purchase a brand we can rely on.
