Not keeping to promises

My Defy front Loader 6kg stopped working and I logged a call on their website. A guy by the name of Sizwe contacted me and set an appointment to come and fix the machine (Ref. Deft 11125) . He came on a Tuesday and I left the money with a 16 year old boy to give to him. He came and he claims to have reprogrammed the machine. The machine is still not working. Sizwe gave me the number for his office and I spoke to Jessica who issued reference number ***2 and promised the technician will come on the 17th to no avail. I contacted Jessica on *** on numerous occasions yesterday to no avail. We paid the technician and the machine is still not fixed.
