Not fixing appliance still on warranty

I have been waiting for defy to fiz my fridge for 3 weeks now technician has come to my home twice now and they still cannot fix it. My food is going off its not safe for my family. This is the third week I am waiting for the fridge to be fixed. Poor service from defy and all my appliances are defy.
