Not customer care service

I am trying to contact Defy Spares in Durban South but that is impossible. I am a pensionar and cannot spend all my minutes to hold the line untill someone finds time yo answer my call.. It will s impossible to send a e mail enquiry if you do not have a Gmail account. What do you suggest Defy. I buy ONLY DEFY PRODUCTS but all this drama to find a possible way to get. In touch, maybe I should switch to Samsung.
