Not assistance from Defy to fix my new fridge

Good day, My name is Maxhoba Stengile contact details ***, I bought a Defy fridge from Bargains East London in December after few days I noticed that the freezer door does not close properly, the rubber is not sticking on. I phoned Defy East London and they provided me with reference number *** and then advised me that they are going to send people to have look at it. After few days people from Defy came to have a look on the fridge and they clearly saw the issue and said they will come back to install the new freezer door. Few weeks down the line after phoning them, they told me that they placed an order for the new door, and it have arrived but its in their branch in Port Elizabeth and it should be courier down within few days and that was January 2023. They never got back to me that is when I decided to go to their offices and the Manager was very rude towards me, he did not understand my frustration and he still have the nerve to chase me out from his office. Now the freezer is giving me issues, it has a huge ice because its not sealed properly and when I try to remove the ice it damages my floor. Please I need assistance.
