Non Reliabilty products

Hello Peter Henry chelhango here I have bought one of defy products(Double door refrigerator) in December 2018 costing R11000.00,at OK Store furniture mutale Tshilamba tell (015) ********** . On 4th of May 2019 the refrigerator on the freeze side was not working. We reported the case where we bought it(Ok Store Furniture),to my surprise I was told that there have a LOT of returns from Defy refrigerators. Which raises a concern from me know, why are they not withdrawing their refrigerators and re-work on them to improve reliability of their brand? and don't think I will ever buy defy products again.
