Non existent service

I see so many people complain about BAD service from Defy, no wonder the advice from sales people from Dion Wired, Game and Makro is - DO NOT BUY DEFY,!! And Defy is not interested in listening to any body!! I have a dishwasher under guarantee from 2014- 2019 that broke down and was fixed after 7 months!! So i have missed out on 7 months of guarantee and before i realised the machine had an extra guarantee, the technician charged me R700 without an invoice or receipt and does not want to give it back either, . After numerous phone calls and e mails from the salesman at Makro and me , we are no closer to a solution. The bosses are not interested!! And it does not seem if they are going to answer any of us! Why dont we get together and call the Cape Times and Sunday Times???? Will that maybe help us
