NO Support/Parts

<p>We have a Defy front loader washing machine that is 3 years and 1 month old. The bearings of the drum are on their way out and making a grinding noise when spinning.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted numourus spares department and Defy spare aswell. None of them have parts for this mashine anymore. Defy has none in the country accourding to Sandra at Defy Pretoria service centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this fair to buy a new mashine 3 years and 1 month down the line due to NO support from the manufacturer for a part that cost only R1353 excl. vat. Even the place P&G digital zone Pretoria dont want to help me where we got the mashine from.</p>
