No service recieved
I took my defy washing machine for repairs at the defy factory shop. My machine has been there for 3 weeks now with no update from them. I have to call them for updates and I am given the run around. I have spoken to the manager and still nothing. I have spoken to the managers manager and still nothing. I need my machine fixed and back.
