No service

I recently bought a property from a new developer with a defy stove fitted which is giving me problems, I have reported to the developer who on turn log a call for service on my behalf and it's a month later and nothing from defy even after attempting to get hold of defy with no luck. I dont know what one has to do in order to get any service from defy as they seem not to care about their customers.
