No Service Defy Appialances

On 07-03-2021 I purchased a Defy Side by Side 555L Fridge DFF447 from Game stores in Witbank - The doors are loose and not aligned causing them not to close and to sc**** against each other when trying to close them - Game Witbank reported this to the defy technician since Monday 08-03-20201 whom according to Game was supposed to call me to come to sort the issue, a week later no technician has contacted me - Every day when I called Game I was told the Defy technician will contact me. I have in my own capacity sent Defy five request via their website to contact me and also have not been contacted yet - Game Witbank has no idea anymore what to do to assist and I have run out of options, clearly defy has no intention of assisting after you purchase their products - On Wednesday I got hold of defy via a phone call whereafter the call was cut off by the receptionist
