No service and support from Danny or Lucas

Danny and Lucas are meant to fulfill a service a support role. Neither of them know how to do any of it. They don't respond to communication, perhaps they are exempt of it.

Don't buy DEFY, you will cry at the end. Look at the other reviews for this brand. Their gas on glass is not toughened glass and does not last, neither does it have a warranty.
