No Response on several calls logged

<p>Frost was building up in my fridge compartment and I logged a call with Defy, they sent a technician and he regased the fridge. After a few days the fridge was not cooling and food items began to spoil. I called the technician again and he came back and said the thermostat was not functioning, he then changed that. I am stil lhaving the very same problem, the fridge is still building up frost and it is also not cooling properly.</p> <p>I logged a call with Defy again ( 21/06/2017)and I receieved a service request confirmation however I have not yet receieved a call or response. Such poor customer service.</p>
