no response from Defy voiding matter

Brought a new technology Defy 13 kg top loader met WTL13019M from Morkels Graaff Reinet 23-10-2014 When machine arrived there was problems with a normal wash and would not rinse giving an error code and stop working leaving tub full of water. A 45 minutes wash takes 2 hours On complaining to Morkels they replaced the machine However the same problem occurred while putting the required load kg in. Now after weeks of battling a Defy technician from PE notify us that there is a factory fault with the 4 shock absorbers stabilizers on each side inside the machine He will replace them with a older out dated models ones which is stronger and that would solve the problem He also said this is a problem is just not on this machine but there are other customers with the same problem.Approached Defy on Facebook and been only said Defy team apologies for any inconvenience and attending to the problem This is now 4 weeks and no positive reply what they going to do with there second inferior product We want our money back not the same model as one cant rely on Defy as they state We are pensioners ********** R4000.00 for a piece of ******* .
