No Response For Holiday

<p>Recently purchased a washing machine and was</p> <p>Guaranteed a holiday, i have contacted the place to do the booking and was told to give dates which i have and not had a response ever since!!! is this a **** ?? I am thinking of taking this up to the STAR news paper should i not get a response by end of this week.</p> <p> </p>
