No Repair service DEFY OVEN

<p>The element of my double oven burnt a hole in the floor of the oven. I phoned Defy and they invited me to bring it in for repairs. That I did on the 19th of April 2017 to the Montaque Gardens depot (job card nr ********** ) . I asked them to please qoute befor they repair. Up to today the 11th of May they could not do that . On requirment they said they don't have a part nr and they are waiting for Defy Durban to respond!! This is not GOOD at all!!</p>
