no repair for 2 weeks

2 weeks ago we reported malfunction of our two month old fridge. Firstly they do not come out over a weekend. So we were stuck for 7 days without a fridge. Goods spoilt but at least we could rely on defy. When the technician came last Thursday he could not find the fault nor anyone at the elusive workshop to advise. He did not come back on Friday as he had to go to court. No feedback yet up to12 on Monday. The service manager will investigate and get back to me once the technician puts his phone on. When I said this is pathetic I was told that I am unreasonable and at least my semi cold fridge is working. Wow. And that from the manager. Never buying Defy again. The service is non existent.
