No one answers the phone

I order a glass door for my defy microwave almost 2 months ago. I call to fetch the glass. I get through to the receptionist who forwards the call the parts department. No One answers the phone there. I must have called over 10 times. I was on hold for over 10 minutes on some occasions.<br> <br> Terrible service. Might as well through away the microwave and buy a Samsung! I received way better service from Samsung. Of course, some service is better than no service!!!
