Serial Number DGS 162 C AA ***

I have tried and tested the stove but to no avail. I have a guesthouse on the farm and has bought the stove to

Make it easier to cook the large amount of food I have to cook every day.

The gas burners works properly but the problem is with the oven.

Ever since I have bought the stove the oven would not work properly. I have a large order of cakes to bake daily but every single

cake baked in this new Defy DGS 162 C oven is not cooked properly and is a waste of money. As I said I use the same recipe and make one in my old stove and

then bake the same cake in the Defy DGS 162 and it never cooks properly. The correct cooking directions, time and settings are used. The proper recipes are

used. But every single time the cake or pastries baked in the oven is either raw or have only risen on the one half of the pan (See photo’s).

I Am at the point after paying so much money to ask for my money back. My ecspectations was clearly not met for this product and I ask for either my

Money back or immediate action from your customer care department.

I cannot afford to loose one day of production and have clearly been more than accommodating with this problem.

I hope to hear from your customer care department very soon.

Regards

Martie van Aswegen

Tel: ********** 050
