No longer trusted brand
A brand trusted for many years unfortunately I will never purchase another Defy appliance. Purchased a fridge which does not cool. Logged a call technicians sent out three times, with different reasons why the fridge isn't cooling.

07 Nov 2024, 18:03Technician came out adjusted the thermostat, still not cooling, temperature on max, fridge is now noisy, food going off. Called the call centre, consultant advised that the fridge is overloaded, how is that possible?Defy is just prolonging, until the warranty is up. Never purchase a defy appliance. After sales service is pathetic.
