No feedback on spares. Disgusting customer relations

I have tried to order a wave guide cover for my Defy DMO 336 on multiple occasions. I was told they would call me back once the part is in stock but i never got that call. When i call to follow up they just tell me they will gey back to me but never do. Its been almost 4 months now and no working Defy. I will never buy a brand that one cant get basic spars for. Shameful!
