No feedback from Defy on my newly bought scew dishwasher

I bought a Defy eco dishwasher from Game. After opening the dishwasher at home, we saw that the dishwasher is not aligned properly (scew) on one of the front sides. I notified Game, who actually sent a guy from Defy to come and see what the problem may be. The guy told me that he does not have a proper internet connection to sent me the notification or what ever you may call it later via email when he have a proper connection. This was in March 2017, I am still waiting........!!! Now the dishwasher is starting to crack through on the side that is scew, because of the heat that escapes there during washing. I paid R4000 for this and now it is cracking up. This will make me stop buying Defy products. I want a new machine, that was suppose to happen from the start. I am terribly dissapointed in Defy. The Defy guy told me that it was a factory fault, so now I must pay for scew mistakes from their side, but my money was not scew
