No confidence in Defy

Pathetic aftersales service. I have been waiting a week now for a technician to attend to my washing machine. Purchased a Defy washing machine from Game stores and have been experiencing problems with the door since we bought it. This is now the third time this machine needs to be repaired. Losing confidence in a brand that I've know since my childhood.
